🪄 Before anything, Set and Setting protocolos are not a clichê. Where you eat and with whom you eat, will dictate how your experience will be.
Set and setting are factors that can condition the effects of psychoactive substances: "Set" refers to the mental state a person brings to the experience, like thoughts, mood and expectations; "setting" to the physical and social environment.
🍕 Food: For best absorption and more potency always eat 🍄 on empty stomach or 2-3 hours your last meal. Be aware that mushrooms may suppress hunger 😅
💊 Microdosing: for support of depression, anxiety, adhd, just to be more creative or MORE CHILL in general. Take 0.2gr or less, 4 days yes and 3 days no.
Just eat it consistently leaving 3 days off per week.
It’s like diet or exercise, you can’t do it only for 3 weeks and get life changing results. Do it for 3 months - BE CONSISTENT!

🛑 How To Stop: If you eat a large dose (3grams or more) there may be no stopping but if you ate a smaller dose and want the effects to stop you just need to eat anything with sugar/ carbs.
Having said that, to continue to have fun: Don’t eat sugar/ carbs during your trip. If you must, eat veggies, fats, protein, etc.
📈 Dosage: Dosage is everything. Small doses small results, big dosages and life changing experiences. If you are microdosing you can eat small dosages every couple of hours but my prefer way to consume them is to eat the right dosage at once. If you are going to do that then eating less to “see how it is” and then eating more is not going to work.
